Vicky MoranHead of Events and Engagement
Vicky began her career as a freelance performer and teacher, before moving to work in Events. She has built a wealth of experience across the industry in roles at LSO St Luke’s, the Natural History Museum and the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Vicky joined the Royal College of Music in 2021 and has been Head of the team since 2023.
Sarah WinfieldEvents Manager
Sarah's role focuses on the sale, planning and delivery of venue hire events at the RCM to maximise income from external clients. She brings extensive experience in managing events within the higher education sector and is committed to enhancing the College’s profile within the venue hire market. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys cookery and exploring documentary cinema.
Declan MolloyEvents & Alumni Coordinator
Declan is a musician by training, studying as a composer, piano teacher and choral singer. Declan moved into events at Oxford University, focussing on events at the Sheldonian Theatre, before moving to join the Events Team at the RCM in 2026. Declan continues his practice as a composer, educator, and choral singer alongside his professional work.
Emily NewlynEvents Administrative Assistant
Emily's role involves underpinning the logistics and administration of all activities within the Events and Engagement team, including Venue Hire contracting, Development Events planning and Alumni Engagement. Emily was previously a classroom music teacher in London before joining the RCM in January 2026.
