Tucked away at the heart of the Royal College of Music is a collection of over 14,000 rare and wonderful musical objects. This autumn, explore these hidden treasures by including an exclusive tour of the Wolfson Centre in Music & Material Culture in your hire of any RCM venue.

Invite your guests behind-the-scenes in the Wolfson Centre before enjoying a private dinner in the Royal College of Music Museum. Rarely available for private dining, the Museum surrounds guests with historic instruments, manuscripts and artworks spanning more than five centuries, offering a distinctive and intimate setting in South Kensington.

After undergoing extensive redevelopment as part of the College’s More Music project, the RCM Museum reopened to the public in October 2021. As an interactive space, it hosts regular performances by RCM musicians and the opportunity for visitors to create their own music in the Weston Discovery Centre. As well as musical instruments, the Museum tells its story through art, including an iconic portrait of the opera singer Farinelli and a remarkable Tischbein featuring an instrument from the collection displayed alongside. The Museum is is available to hire and is perfect for exclusive performances, dinners and receptions with a capacity of 60 standing or 10 seated for dinner.
