IAMA International Conference
In April 2025, the Royal College of Music hosted the 34th IAMA International Conference and the 3rd edition of Audio Classique, welcoming global arts professionals for a dynamic three-day programme across its versatile event spaces.
The Royal College of Music’s diverse range of adaptable spaces were tailored to suit a variety of setups from business meetings to trade stands. The Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall hosted business meetings with a combination of round tables and standing poseur tables, while the Performance Hall provided an ideal setting for a rolling series of seminars in theatre-style, utilising the large integrated projector screen. The Recital Hall and Lavery Gallery became lively exhibition areas and the bright café space, The Carolean, and the 1851 courtyard served as a popular refreshment hub. Throughout the venue, seamless AV support was provided by the in-house Studios team.
We felt well supported by our Event Manager. We are pleased that we could be associated with a place where classical music is the focus, and the new spaces are beautiful. To top it off, when one left the building, the impressive Albert Hall rounded off the visual impact and several international delegates commented on the RCM's very impressive situation.IAMA
