RCM Venue Hire Host the 34th IAMA International Conference and 3rd Edition of Audio Classique

In early April 2025, the Royal College of Music had the privilege of hosting the 34th International Artist Managers’ Association (IAMA) International Conference and the 3rd edition of Audio Classique. The event brought together a vibrant global community of artistic leaders and administrators from across Europe and beyond, taking place throughout the College’s versatile venues.

Chaired by Donagh Collins, the IAMA conference on “Audiences of the Future” explored innovative engagement, creativity, and new formats while celebrating the industry’s heritage. Audio Classique’s third edition tackled 2025’s classical recording landscape, from digital income and AI to the evolving role of recordings and physical media.

The Royal College of Music proved an ideal venue for the conference, with its adaptable spaces thoughtfully transformed to suit every aspect of the event. The Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall hosted business meetings with a mix of round tables and standing poseur tables, while the Performance Hall provided an ideal setting for seminars with theatre-style seating and a large projector screen. The Recital Hall and Lavery Gallery became lively trade stand areas, and the bright café space, The Carolean, served as a popular refreshment hub, with its South Side dedicated to serving hot lunches. Blessed with good weather, delegates also made full use of the 1851 Courtyard for outdoor meetings, casual catch-ups and sunny work sessions. Throughout the venue, excellent acoustics, paired with AV equipment provided by our expert in-house Studios team, ensured a smooth, high-quality experience for speakers and delegates alike.

The Royal College of Music are proud to have hosted this landmark event and look forward to welcoming similar events in the future.
